High-quality age-restricted manufactured home communities thrive here with a moderate climate and rural appeal of Texas Hill Country.  For example, take the appealing Kerrville Texas homes in the Scenic Valley, The Wilderness, and Windmill Ridge age-restricted communities.  These three successful manufactured home communities are well organized and maintained and operate at 99% capacity.

1.    Scenic Valley Community

There are several keys to the success of these developments. The restrictions and covenants provide a structure that helps attract the right buyers. "Good management and tight enforcement of rules create stability in the community," the owner of Scenic Valley is quoted by Hunt.
